Partner terms
Azure Collection partner terms
- Approval. Partners are approved individually. Your code is personal to you and your business.
- Commission. You earn a commission for each charter that is requested with your code or QR link, paid in full by the client and completed. It depends on the yacht's length: $150 under 50 ft, $200 for 50–64 ft, $250 for 65–79 ft, and $300 for 80 ft and up.
- Credit window. When a guest scans your QR code or opens your link, your code stays attached to their requests on that device for 90 days. If a guest uses a different code later, the most recent code applies.
- Payment. Commissions are paid monthly for charters completed in the prior month. A signed IRS Form W-9 is required before your first payment; upload it securely at azurecollectionyachts.com/partners/w9. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
- Fair play. No commission on your own bookings, on cancelled or refunded charters, or on clients who were already working with us. Do not misrepresent prices, yachts or availability.
- Your employer's rules. You confirm that your hotel or employer allows you to accept referral commissions, or that you own or manage the business. We may ask for a manager's approval.
- Ambassadors. Some partners are introduced by an Azure Collection ambassador, who receives a separate bonus from Azure Collection. It never reduces your commission. About ambassadors.
- Changes. Azure Collection may change or end the partner program at any time. Commissions already earned are honored.
The partner program is offered by Azure Collection Yachts, a booking and concierge service. Charters are operated by independent, licensed and insured vessel operators.
