Upload your W-9 in three steps

  1. Download the official IRS Form W-9 (PDF) from irs.gov.
  2. Fill it in and sign it. On a phone or computer, open the PDF and sign with Adobe Acrobat Reader, Preview (Mac) or Files (iPhone). Or print it, sign by hand and take a clear photo.
  3. Upload it here. Use the same email you used to apply as a partner.

How we protect it

Your W-9 is sent over an encrypted connection straight to Azure Collection's private company Google Drive. It is never stored on this website or in our spreadsheets, and only Joana can open it. Please do not send your W-9 by WhatsApp, text or regular email.

Why we ask: U.S. tax rules require a W-9 from anyone we pay commissions to, so we can issue a Form 1099 if you earn $600 or more in a year.
