U.S. rules: an uninspected vessel may carry no more than 6 paying passengers. Larger groups require a Coast Guard-inspected vessel with a valid Certificate of Inspection.

To show live availability, share your yacht's calendar with booking@azurecollectionyachts.com using "See only free/busy". We only see when the boat is booked, never your event details.

8. Photos and video

Best results: 8 or more bright, landscape photos at least 1,600 px wide, including one exterior shot, the main deck, the salon, the cabins, and the yacht underway. A 30 to 60 second video is a big plus.

How we work with owners

  1. Vetting. Every yacht is reviewed before it is listed. We verify the captain's license, commercial charter insurance, vessel documentation and, for more than 6 paying passengers, a valid Certificate of Inspection.
  2. Rates. You set your net rate. Azure Collection adds its booking fee on top for the client, so you receive your full rate.
  3. Payments. We confirm availability with you before quoting. The client pays us a $500 deposit plus our booking fee, and we send you the $500 within 24 hours, counted toward your rate. The client pays you the balance before departure. The deposit and our fee are non-refundable if the client cancels; weather or safety is the only reason a date moves.
  4. Group chat only. Once the client pays, we open one WhatsApp group with you or your captain, the client and us. All conversations with our clients stay in that group. Owners, captains and crew never contact our clients directly or book them outside Azure Collection, during or after the agreement.
  5. Standards. Yachts must be clean, safe and as described, and arrive on time with the crew listed. Repeated issues may lead to removal from the collection.
  6. Documents. Keep your license, insurance and COI current. We will remind you before they expire.
  7. Agreement. A short written agreement confirming rates, deposits, cancellations and client contact is signed before your first booking.

Azure Collection Yachts is a booking and concierge service. Charters are operated by independent, licensed and insured vessel operators.
