How we protect you
Book a yacht without the risk.
Too many people in Miami lose deposits to fake listings and strangers on social media. Here is what we do differently.
Checked before you pay
A real person confirms the yacht, the date, and the captain with the operator before you pay anything.
Licensed, insured operators
We book only with independent operators who are licensed and insured. Your receipt names the operator for your charter.
One written quote
Yacht, captain, and crew in one price, with gratuity, tax, and add-ons listed before you agree. No surprises at the dock.
Safe payment, real receipt
Pay Azure Collection directly, never a stranger's account. Every booking gets a booking code, signed terms, and a receipt.

Your concierge
One person who plans your whole day.
I'm Joana Carolina, and I founded Azure Collection so booking a yacht in Miami would feel like booking a table at your favorite restaurant. When you message us, you reach me and my team, not a call center.
- I match your group to the right yacht, not the most expensive one.
- I arrange the extras: decor, catering, a photographer, the cake.
- I stay on WhatsApp with you until you're back at the dock.

WhatsApp usFAQ & terms
Good to know before you go
What's included in the price?
The yacht, a licensed captain and crew, and fuel for local routes. Most yachts include water, ice, a sound system, and water toys; your quote lists what your yacht includes. Food, drinks, decorations, and crew gratuity are extra.
Is gratuity included?
No. A crew gratuity of about 18% is customary. Some yachts require a set gratuity; when they do, your quote says so.
What if the weather is bad?
If the captain decides conditions are unsafe, your date moves to another day at no cost. During hurricane season (June to November), tropical storm warnings follow the same rule.
Can I cancel?
The reservation payment is non-refundable. If the yacht's operator cancels, you choose a full refund or a comparable yacht.
How many guests can come?
Each yacht has a legal guest limit, and children count as guests. Tell us your group size and we'll match a yacht that fits.
Can we bring food and drinks?
Yes, on most yachts. Please skip red wine, glitter, confetti, and self-tanner, which stain the upholstery. Smoking is not allowed; vapes on deck only.
Who operates the yachts?
Independent, licensed and insured vessel operators. Azure Collection Yachts is the booking and concierge service that plans your charter.
Booking terms
- Who we are. Azure Collection Yachts is a trade name of John-X LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We act only as a booking agent. We do not own, operate, or captain any vessel.
- Your charter contract. Your charter is provided by the vessel operator named on your receipt (the "Operator"), an independent licensed and insured business. The charter agreement, including safety rules, guest limits, and conduct on board, is between you and the Operator. The Operator and its captain are solely responsible for the vessel, crew, operation, and safety.
- Payments. Your reservation payment has two parts, itemized on your receipt: the charter deposit, which we hold for the Operator and forward within 24 hours; and the Azure booking & concierge fee for our planning and booking services. You pay the remaining charter balance directly to the Operator as shown on your receipt. Crew gratuity, when shown, goes to the crew.
- Cancellations. Your reservation payment is non-refundable. If the captain decides the weather is unsafe, your date moves at no cost. If the Operator cancels, you choose a full refund of your reservation payment or a comparable yacht.
- Guests and changes. Your group may not exceed the vessel's legal guest limit; children count as guests. Changes to date, time, hours, or guests depend on the Operator's approval and may change the price.
- Booking holder and age. The person who signs these terms is the booking holder, must be 21 or older, and must make the reservation payment from an account or card in their own name. Guests under 18 must be with an adult.
- Conduct and damage. You agree to follow the captain's instructions and the Operator's rules. The Operator may charge you directly for damage or cleaning caused by your group.
- Our liability. Our liability to you is limited to the booking fee you paid us. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of the Operator or its crew, weather, or events beyond our control.
- Florida law. These terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes go to the courts of Miami-Dade County.
- Agreement. By making your reservation payment, you agree to these terms.
Privacy
We collect the details you send in a request (name, phone, email, charter details) to plan your charter. We share them only with the yacht operator for your booking. With your permission, we send occasional offers; reply STOP or ask us to remove you at any time.

Our story
Started from zero. Twice.
I'm Joana Carolina. I grew up around my parents' family business, and I've been building ever since.
At 19, after my marriage ended, I moved to Miami with $700, my puppy, and my two-year-old son. I chose the Sunshine State so he could play soccer and be outdoors all year. We started over with almost nothing.
Since then I've worked inside start-ups with big ideas and very little money, where I did whatever it took on the operations side, wearing every hat there was. That's where I learned how to build a business from scratch, and how to make it grow.
I saw people lose their hard-earned money to yacht scams. I wanted to be the person they could trust.
That's how I found my way into yacht charters. Clients needed someone honest in the middle, so I began connecting them directly with trusted yacht owners and planning every detail of their special occasions myself.
Recently I started from zero a second time. This time I'm building something that's mine to keep: Azure Collection, a concierge you can trust with the moments that matter, whether it's a birthday, a proposal, or a day your family will talk about for years.
Giving back
Miami gave my son and me a fresh start. Today I volunteer in my community through Christ Fellowship.
